I converted someone today :-)

I'm a fairly new PV user, about 30 days smoke-free. I just had to share my new news here. Visited an old friend today who is a long-time smoker. After a short while with me, trying out my 2 different e-cig styles and various flavors, she is ready to go to the nearest store and get her first starter kit. She reminded me of myself when I first tried a PV, so happy to find something that could help with quitting analogs for good with few withdrawal pains. It made me feel good that she got so excited over it.

You never know how someone is going to react. I'm glad my first experience of sharing with another smoker was such a positive one!

Everyone I meet that smokes, I ask if they want to try it and I tell them all about my success with vaping. Everyone always seems moderately interested at least, and I've had strangers ask me about my eGo and where I got it from cause they want to see if they can switch. It's always a good feeling to know that you're helping someone with such a difficult obstacle as quitting smoking. And of course, the more people that get behind this the harder it will be to stop!

Congrats. I find many smokers are overwhelmed by our passion UNTIL they begin vaping...kinda contagious. Again, congratulations.

Congrats! Converting people is the most important thing we can do at a grass-roots level to promote acceptance of vaping, IMO. Plus every time you convert someone, you may actually save their life!

I keep the cheap hard plastic drip dips that come with attys to let new people try my devices. Also, you can clip off the end of carto condoms and use those.
