I sent Ben a support ticket with a copy of the final confirmation with the order number on it. I also told him that the amount was initially charged to my credit card; but then a couple of days later, the charge vanished on the credit card site. I have asked him to please fill the order and charge my card again.
Ben is trying to deal with the situation, but I don't know if he knows what happened exactly. I think his system somehow dumped a few orders once they were "final" instead of entering them into the database of orders to be filled and sent.
