I did not receive confirmation email

I placed an order on Friday November 30 but my order has been wiped from the database. I put in my cc info and rec. a confirmation number. Where is my order?

The same thing happened to me. I placed my order on 11/27/12 and have an order confirmation number, but the order is not in the data base. I put in a support request a couple of days ago, but it is also not listed under my support requests. Ben, how do I contact you about this? I going to be out of juice soon and need to somehow have my order recognized and filled.

Sounds like the same issue I'm having placed a order on the last day of the sale got a order confirmation number but no shipping notice. I emailed them to ask why I haven't gotten a shipping notice and whys credit card was not charged. They replied saying my order never went threw the steps for billing verification and I would have to resubmit my order. So I replied asking if that meant making a new order and how and whys order never went to billing never received a reply so I wrote another mail and not received a reply to that either as of yet

This happened to me as well. I think what happened is while I was putting stuff in my cart the ordering for the day closed. I tried to orday on Thursday of the cyber week sale. I got the confirm email that says next email will be shipping info. However, if you read the email closer the first paragraph says that you should receive 2 emails. If you don't your ordered needs to be remade. I haven't tried to order again because it annoyed me.

I sent Ben a support ticket with a copy of the final confirmation with the order number on it. I also told him that the amount was initially charged to my credit card; but then a couple of days later, the charge vanished on the credit card site. I have asked him to please fill the order and charge my card again.

Ben is trying to deal with the situation, but I don't know if he knows what happened exactly. I think his system somehow dumped a few orders once they were "final" instead of entering them into the database of orders to be filled and sent.

Hey Bitey let me know if you ever get your order filled at the sale price. So far my emails get me a vague answer just saying it never went threw there validation steps and they didn't seem interested in correcting the issue instructing me to make a new order.
