Yes, give it a bit more time and try some different attys on it...even a 2ohm Boge cartomizer might be good for you....fill it before you put it on, when you lose some flavor or vapor drops off, push your bottle to re-wet it and vape away. :) And I agree with the other posters, the button doesn't have to be pushed hard. I have faith that you'll get it down to a science and really enjoy it. :)

The button loosens up, and, like the prior posters said, we all tend to MASH the button, when, if you listen to the atomizer, it only takes a light touch to fire the atty.

The warmth of the vape has nothing to do with the Mini itself (unless it is misfiring and too cool), it is a combination of the battery and the atomizer. The Mini uses a 3.7v battery. If you are used to an eGo or similar, you were only getting 3.2v. A lower ohm atomizer makes for warmer vape, so a higher resistance will cool it.

Yeah, the 2ohm Boges are lovely on the REO Mini. Just fill it first ;) Then push the bottle as needed to keep it wet. When I had my Mini, that's all I used on it. I would take a "fake puff" (short/gentle draw without pushing the button) to pull the liquid up and out of the center air tube before I fired it again, worked great. :) If you do that puff hard, you might get a little drop in your mouth, so don't do that LOL.

The trick learning how hard to push the button. Hold the atty close to your ear so you can hear it fire. Push the button slightly and notice when the atty fires. See? It takes only a slight pressure.
It is true that the LR 510 attys are warm and steamy, some like it hot!! Go to higher ohms for less heat. A 2.0 510 atty just might suit you.

The REO forum has many threads and a lot of REO owners just waiting to help you. It was mentioned above. Please feel free to drop in anytime!!

There must be something wrong with me right? I know everyone loves these, but I am not liking mine too much. The vapor is too warm and steamy, the button too hard to push. I bought a 501 atty and a drip tip. Any advice? Perhaps the juice I am using is not the best? I am using 20/80 VG/PG mix.

Thanks!

As for the button, you can also try putting a magnet on the pole of the battery .... if you have a magnet very large, with a pliers and a little sanding, you can do a smaller magnet.

maybe this, can help you.

btw, i love my Reo Mini.

I thought the same thing about the hard button push until I tried nerak's suggestion. I get the best vape using 2.0 ohm cartomizers. I was a diehard 510 Atty user til I tried some on the REO. Nothing wrong with you...try a few suggestions to find what works for you. May find the mod is not your cup of tea but I doubt it... Whatever you do...keep it fun.
