I picked up my evic mini kit yesterday and am running it with the titanium mode. But I lock the resistance in and have to run it around 550 degrees and 50 to 60 watts to get anything substantial out of it and it always shows temp protection right about 2 or 3 seconds after pushing the fire button. Is this normal or? Idk but it does taste good and gives decent clouds, and really really smooth.is this normal or am I doing something wrong, I am running 80/20 juice by the way.

Just try lowering the Wattage a little at a time, or boosting Temp.
It sounds like you are slamming the temp limiter.

Wifes works nicely at 30w/480F with 50/50. The tank is not a Cloud Chasing design. Just a well matched system for mid vapers.

Forgot to mention, you may be able to switch to the CLR - TI Coils and up performance if needed. They are larger and more open air flow design.
