I honestly made this account to figure out how in the world I can get these batteries out. They are stuck in the bottom of the mod. I have cupped my hand around the top of the mod and can't hit the top of it but I can't figure out how to get them out. Please help need my vape for tomorrow and can't do anything about this right now.

UPDATE: figured it out. put mod in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Then beat it like hell with a shoe sole to get them out. i will be removing the plastic inserts! Thanks everyone for your help!

Batteries are located at the bottom on the mod....notice the latch?

I don't have a gx350, but a quick google tells me you are not the only one having this problem. It seems there is a removable sleeve inside the battery compartment that you can take out if your batteries are wrapped thicker. That's probably why you are having trouble? Look at the very bottom of this page: GX350 Kit - SMOK® Being with you for all great vaping time!

I've had problems in a least one mod after over-wrapping a battery with a clear wrap without removing the original one. Some mods are designed tight to prevent rattling and battery movement. All it takes is a battery with a thick wrap and it's stuck.

An occasional wipe of the battery sled with a silicone sprayed cloth might prevent future issues if a mod's battery sled is tight.
