I have got 5 people to order the Ultimate Ultimatum kit and all 5 people are letting dust settle on them. 2 of the people have not even tried them yet. This makes no sense to me at all. I was so excited to get mine I didn't even wait till I got inside to open my package. I told them that I was able to quit smoking in 6 days without even trying and still they do nothing after spending the money on the kits. I am confused.

That is really odd! I suppose you have to have an interest in quitting analogs in the first place. Maybe these people just don't want to stop smoking? Considering they spent the money for the product you would think they would at least give it a try

I think sometimes when you do all the work for some people they don't feel any need to do for themselves, (finding the website, figuring out what to order, who to order with, what flavors, which battery) I always give the forum and sub-forum when people ask and seem interested, (plus the V4L card) and tell them to check it out themselves. When they come to me with questions I know they will be ordering and vaping in 3 days. and drooling with anticipation!!!

Maybe they just aren't in the right mind frame right now - after they have it a while they might pick it up and try it. Particularly if something happens to make them realize how bad smoking is for you.

My sister and a few friends fell in love with it right off the bat, I haven't heard how my aunt likes it, so we shall see. But one girl from work doesn't really seem all that interested... and she is probably one of the ones who really needs to quit - she has bronchitis all the time :(

I had this same conversation with my wife last night. I quit analogs almost immediately, she is down to about 5-6(which is good, dont get me wrong).

I did all the research, I refill all the carts, I do all the "playing", and I am much more "into it" than she is. Which I believe explains why she hasnt converted completely yet.

I bought a kit and sent it to my sister for her birthday. I explained everything, made her a lanyard, gave her some juice. A month or so later, I asked how she liked it. She said she hadn't even tried it once. She said her girlfriend heard something bad about them on TV or somewhere. So she just left it alone.
I can't believe she wouldn't even try it. I sent her a email and told her to ship it back to me. No sense in it sitting there.
What a waste of my time to even get her a present at all. She doesn't appreciate anything. What do you get the person that has everything?? I got the answer now, nothing at all.

She said her girlfriend heard something bad about them on TV or somewhere.

Then smoking analogs MUST be safer, coming from such reliable and well thought out research......ugh8-o

Maybe you can still convince her to give it a shot, AFTER she does her own research and stops listening to people who may have heard this or that(from TV no less)

Funniest thing when that happens. Way back I had a co worker saying if they could afford one they would use it, so I let them borrow my 510 stuff. Well i asked em once a week for a month what he thought about it. They never used it.
and now my brother who used to be extremely skeptical of vaping is borrowing my older vk stuff
my take on this is cigarettes make people do weird things.

I wish I could get an ingredient list from Steve because if you printed an ingredient list from V4L and one from tobacco and handed them to people they might acttualy give it a try! BTW here is link for what is in Analog tobbacco
Cigarette Ingredients - Chemicals in Cigarettes
Im sure if you look carefully most if not all of the ingredients found in cigarettes are are already on this list

This is almost my exact situation! My wife acted excited when I ordered the VK, she tried all the flavors, even took it to work for the first couple of days. Now she is back to smoking as much as she did before, and I quit on day 6 of owning the VK! She even pokes fun at my "obsession". I just try to encourage her whenever the topic comes up, but don't push too hard. Hopefully one day she'll come around!!

Thanks Cimyss! I will have to show this to a certain someone who, whenever I say I quit smoking, she replies (as she rolls her eyes)"well you really didn't quit, you still smoke"
 I don't smoke I vape!!!! Really wish people understood the difference.
