I feel incredibly stupid...but I need help please

Today I got my Triton in the mail. Several years ago I was vaping using a jaunty stick but sadly went back to analogs. I decided to try again and after lots of research decided to buy the Triton. Today it came in the mail and I can't get it to work for the life of me. I've watched videos and read everything I can find but I still can't get it to work. I bought the starter kit and have tried both batteries and both tanks so it has to be user error. I've turned the battery on by pushing the button 5 times, checked to make sure the coil was tight and still nothing. What could I be doing wrong?

Did you checkto make sure that the coil is tight in the tanks? Are you holding the botton in while taking a puff?

Yes I checked the coil and I'm holding in the button but still nothing. My old janty stick had a button too so I'm familiar with that. I checked both coils to make sure they were tight. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

Did you charge it? They usually come partially charged, but you never know...

I am not sure what to tell you. I have had mine for just about a week now and my son had them ready to go for me when I came home. I am trying to find someone to help you and sorry that I couldn't

Did you charge the batteries before using?
Is the light coming on when you push the button?

Thank you Joan...I appreciate your help! Yes I put it on the charger till the light turned blue...it didn't take long at all.

No the light isn't coming on for either battery when I take a hit. I didn't realize it was supposed to.

If the light is on hen you press it I think its probably that you haven't primed it yet. I'm not sure about this brand but anything using liquid needs primed before it works good. Try pressing the button and puffing for a few good, long hard draws. It may take a few good strong hits to get it primed good.

If the light isn't coming on it means you didn't let it charge long enough. You said it charged quickly, that's not normal... I think you figure if the light is blue then its charged but anything new needs charged for a few hours...probably 3 or more to get a good charge.

Ok I just checked both batteries. When I remove the batteries from the charger the light blinks blue as I'm unscrewing it. When I put the battery and tank together and draw on while pushing the button the light does not light up on either battery.

the battery is fully charged when the light on the "USB Charging adapter is Blue"....not the light on the battery it'self

The adapter light was blue when I took it off of the charger. It started out red then went to blue.

Yes, it must light up. Try pressing the button 5 times again. If that doesn't work try pressing it 3 times....

@Dave....I love it! What a great throat hit and it's so smooth. It's been 5 years since I last vaped, like I said before I had been using a Janty Stick, I can't believe how much better the flavor and the hit is. Don't get me wrong....the Janty Stick was good and there customer service was excellent but the Triton is just the thing to get me off the analogs. I still haven't been able to get the second battery going but after the kids go to bed I'm going to try your suggestions. If I can't get it going I'm going to have to smoke analogs until I get a second battery. I'm very excited about putting the analogs away for good so I hope I can get it going.
