How many tanks do you have? It may be that one tank needs a coil-tightening adjustment (take the coil out and screw it back down). Unlikely, it could be bad. It's pretty unusual for a Halo battery to be DOA. I'd try swapping tanks around, combinations of button presses, etc.
I have 2 tanks. They both work on the one battery. I'm not convinced that the battery is bad....I think the user might be at fault. Lol I honestly don't understand what I'm doing wrong but I really think that if I keep playing with it I will get it going sooner or later.
You have to turn on the battery. I have a couple halo triton batteries. You have to press it 5 times quick. If the button did but light up when you hold it, it is off. Turn it on.
Thank you Elizabeth....I'm glad that at least the one battery is working. In a couple hours I'll have the time to see if I can get the other one going. You know....when I decided to give vaping another go....this forum is the place I came to to try and figure out what I needed to start again. You are all such helpful people and that hasn't changed over the years.
My one battery takes anywhere from 4 to 9 quick presses to turn on... I think if you are too quick it may not register, I just hit it as fast as I can until I get the light, or the opposite when turning it off.

If both tanks work with the other battery, then either the battery is DOA or you haven't got the right combination of button presses LOL I'd plug it back in while you're thinking about it - maybe it'll reset itself
