keep in mind the ones YOU haven't smoked - they are just as important.

I can't vape past 6pm, it gives me insomnia even at 6mg and with my z-pills.

So I still smoke 3 - 5 every evening.

The 3 I don't smoke in the morning and the 2 I'ds have at work (menthol vape on ego with coffee) and the few less I smoke at the weekend (ego + evod + 'desert ship') - unless drunk and then until the vape won't cut through the booze anymore - add up to around 150 or more a month and around 1800 a year, that's 90 packs a year and a significant decrease in morbidity risk.

Probably just under halved or around halved my intake. That's not perfect or as good as most folks on here are doing but it counts for something... Fast forward into the future and Hotwire has a live in girlfriend that doesn't smoke and I reckon I could get close to zero...

My wife has a similar issue. She smokes a few analogs when she gets really stressed. I still support her a 100%. She has gone from 20-30 analogs a day to about 2-3. I think it's just finding the right juices and she will be okay. Plus she knows she already feels better after vaping for only a few weeks. Just give it time and it will work out.

That is one of my favorite things about vaping. If you fall off the wagon, It is so easy to get back on. If I ever had to have a real cig or maybe many, I would so get back to vaping as soon as possible.

What more. If you do have some, like the person before said, It is not a contest to see who can quit all at once. i would of lost that contest.

I started vaping in April and my last hurtle to get past is that when I ride my motorcycle on long trips(8-9 hrs) I stop and get a pack of smokes. I do feel like it is all in my head. The fact that I only have a few minutes when I stop to get my nicotine fix in is whats hurting me. I have now got my RBAs working so well for me that I feel I can get past this on my next trip.
