Another aggravating day today. Pulled into a gas station because I wanted a smoke really bad, but then I took a deep breath, pulled out a PV with a favorite juice and felt like this. I think every single person here will understand.

I tell ya, I came home with a grin on my face. My wife wondered what I was up to. I told her what I did and she gave me a big smooch! I felt more proud of myself today than any other day so far. In 25 friggin years I have never stopped smoking this long, never.
I love this forum for all the great support and words of encouragement, really. Only you folks know - you all know what it's like and how it can be even weeks, months afterward after stopping the analogs. Wow, what control those things had and, in certain respects, what control it still has. I'm beating it. Up yours big tobacco!

Way to go. I absolutely love your visual aid too. I sometimes feel like the lucky one because I can't drive. Whenever I am out and about I am with someone who knows that I quit. Extra motivation. You showed great restraint.
