Sweet! Welcome to Reoville.

My black Wrinkle is my go to mod. It has a great feel and texture, Doesn't show finger prints or get slippery.

Congrats.
That's precisely why I got it. It will be my go to set up for work. I get my hands pretty dirty so I hated getting all my my other mods dirty and abused. Quick question. Can I use flat top batteries or should I stick to button top AW's? I have both but I have more Flat top Sony's at my disposal.

It was designed for button tops. You can use flat tops but the button must press deeper the firing pins needs to bend more. This changes the angle of contact. the increase in pressured needed and the angle change can lead to partial contact and sparking. Sparking creates oxidation that will lead to poor performance.

So yes you can use them but will need to do cleaning and maintenance more often. Use a good bit of noalox on the pin and battery top to limit sparking and oxidation.

Also the AW IMR 1600 tend to hold voltage higher and longer than batteries with higher mah ratings. So even though there is the AW IMR 2000mah rated battery it drops below 3.7 volts faster than the 1600. Most people notice a drop in performance below 3.7 and change batteries. So you button tops might last longer in the grand.

I hate it when my mailman goes on vacation and his replacement takes for ever. It's been out for delivery all day and I get home and nothing. I wrote it off as he missed my delivery and had dinner. Low and behold it's finally here!!!!! I can't believe how small this thing is. I had to put my battery in just to make sure I didn't get a Mini. One question. Is it normal that the RM2 does not sit flush? Not a huge deal but I didn't want to tighten it down too tight. Thanks. :vapor:

It doesn't sit flush, but it shouldn't be sitting that high either. Don't be afraid to tighten it down a few more turns. Is that even firing? lol

Congrats.
