I've had my eye on this Case Logic Diabetic Kit at Walgreens for quite some time now. I decided to pick it up today and It holds everything I need for my Prodigy perfectly. The best part is the spandex pocket in the spine that holds the Prodigy (sans atty) very securely without pressing the switch.

Case Logic Diabetic Kit > Health and Mobility > Case Logic

Walgreen's had it for $14.99

I highly recommend it.

meh...outdated.

now find one for the Protege.

;p

Ha! Not so easily impressed, eh Flitz?

Actually, I have a feeling this would work with the Protege as well. I cant be positive because I haven't held one, but from the pics I think it would fit just fine.

The spine pocket is flexible spandex/neoprene stuff and shrinks tight and flat when not being used. Mine's a bit loose from being stretched out by the big bad prodigy, but it's still tight enough to hold on to the 510. The 801 penstyle fits almost perfectly with just the tip of the mouthpiece peeking out of the end of the zipper.

I've been using a fanny pack for my stuff for about two weeks now. Lots of great little compartments. One for the e-liquid, one for the JantyStick stuff, one for the 801 and its stuff. The bigger middle pocket for all the charging stuff and bats. Works for me just great!

I went to my local Walgreens, took some searching, but they had two of the Diabetic logic cases and I snagged them both. Gave one to my roommate for her 510 stuff. the Wlgreens case also fits into the middle pocket where I keep the charging stuff. I suppose I could also hang it on the outside with a carabeaner (sp?). All these ideas and so little time:oops:

Awesome Holmes.

Flitz, I recently went camping with some friends. We were going to be doing a lot of hiking and playing disc golf, so I bought one of these off-brand "Camelbacks". It's a little back pack with an rubber bladder in the back that holds water. A straw connects to the bag and drapes over the shoulder strap so you can get a sip of water without having to carry around a bottle. It's super convenient, but the backpack itself is awesome. I carry around a regular back pack anyways, but now I do the same as you with the little camelback.

I'm seriously thinking of buying another hip (fanny) pack now.

I did get this case. Got the last one Walgreen's had. I have to say, it's just about perfect for my needs. Went out for the day yesterday and took it with me loaded with all of my gear. It held all parts of my Prodigy, plus spare atties, a dropper bottle of liquid, and my 510 battery. And my PCC fit inside too. So when I zipped it up, I had everything I needed in one little self-contained package.

So again: great find!
