It seemed a bit airy at first. The shorter evod coil helped and adjusting the "beauty ring" on the MVP up as close to the bottom of the KPTII seemed to help.

The real winner was adjusting my Icy Mint juice with a tiny bit of Ry4. Im not sure why but its more satisfying now. I even went down to 16mg from 24mg. The slight amount of the tobacco flavor comes through. Both juices are from the same vendor. Im only running 3.8v and it vapes like a beast.

I know it's been asked several times but wanted to get yours and anyone else's opinions/experiences on using the evod head with PT2.You say it tightens draw, how about leaking, gurgling, dry hits?Better with evod head overall or PT head? For anyone responding with build your own no need not a option for me right now.TIA

Ive had no negative effects from the evod coil and the juices from my local vendor (unknown VG/PG) or some high VG juice i get from a friend. I do have to take a bit more time with the high VG or it does get a bit dry tasting if i chain vape. It did the same thing with the regular coils too.

I think mine are 2.0-2.2ohm coils but B&M shop employees are not always the most informed. Im nearly certain they are real Kanger coils though.

Finding the shorter Evod heads is not easy since Kanger is only making the longer stem coil heads which fit the Evod, Pro Tank and Mini Pro Tank. My new Mini PT II came with two 2.5 ohm coils and with the longer stem. I find the draw to be excellent. In my Evod I use the 2.2 ohm at 3.6 volts. I have 10 of the 2.2 ohms which I will use in my new Mini PT II.

I got 25 short stem heads about 2 weeks ago when heard kanger was going with the long stems...haven't tried them in my PT2 yet but will soon. The way it is a bit too airy for me.

I have thread on here about T3S heads in my Protank... Leaking occured because the base flange and the silicone gasket underneath the coil head is a bit smaller on the T3S heads vs the Protank's heads... There was a reason why Kanger made specific coil heads for the Protank, and I realized why after using 3 brand new T3S heads through the Protank...

I now only use Protank heads in my Protanks, I highly recommend not using eVod heads in the Protank since the base flange dimensions of the eVod heads are similar to the T3S...

What I haven't tried are the silicone gaskets from the Protank coil pack on a T3S coil pack, but there's no point IMO, since I personally like the airy draw, I don't like tight draws...
