Any of the USP PG will be fine. Menthol crystals are just that, menthol crystals no matter where they come from.

I don't know about the PG from India because I don't know what pharmaceutical emblem other countries use. Just make sure it's pharmaceutical grade and has the emblem on the bottle.

How much is the menthol? Can you get it in a smaller size? 100 grams is a lot, more than you will ever use unless you plan on selling menthol juice by the gallon. See if you can get 10gr or 30gr. I think I was quoted about $15.00 for 100gr.

the proplem only i found in ebay people seel 1 oz ( i think that 30 grams )

AZ thinks BP is the UK's version of USP. If that's the case, which I think it is, either one is good. If you choose the UK company you may want to email them first to make sure BP is the same as USP. All VG is used for cosmetics so them saying that isn't a problem as long as it's USP OR equivalent.
