So about a month ago my best friend had his first baby (boy) and i let him try my ego with some watermelon frost, he said he was thinkin about switching but couldnt afford cuz he thought it was pricey. So a couple days ago i got him a starter kit to see if he liked it, a ego c upgrade, kanger t2 tank with fruity frost, and mt dew code red with a jtank, he asked me if i wanted to smoke his last normal cig with him. At first i said no, but he said cuz i got him on an ecig he wanted me to be the one he smoked his last anolog with, me and him always smoked togther so i figured why not, they tasted so bad, but i did it for my best friend to show him how much vapin had an impact on me because i was such a heavy smoker. Thats my story lol

Don't feel too bad about it. When I first quit I was loving vaping.
About 3 weeks in I tried a cigarette.. It was so gross. I didn't feel bad about having the one.
Granted, I did start smoking again for a couple months in 2012 after I started dating a smoker.
I rarely enjoyed it. It didn't take long, I just couldn't stand it anymore and started back up with vaping. The (now-ex) boyfriend picked it up just a couple days later.
I haven't had a smoke since! Not even a drag!
When it comes to newer vapers, I often recommend trying one -- if you really want to. You're going to realize you don't need it, you don't want it, and you've really moved on. It's a good feeling.

its more about the cigarettes you don't smoke than the ones you do. Vaping is a process-- if you slip just pick yourself up and move on. Before you know it you'll be a non smoker, but even if you don't quit completely every cigarette you do not smoke is a small victory in itself.

True, thing that got me mad was ive been smoke free for a month despite the one i had when my wifes grandfather passed away ( he helped me during my military carrer) and then my friend "smoke my last one with me" and my wife was like you just smoked didnt you? you stink lol, im over it now but it kinda bugs me when i think of it.
Thanks, i think him havin his first baby kinda helped him a lil bit lol, i have three kids (all girls) and they always tell me their proud of me, i helped my mom and dad get off of smokin, my wifes mom, and my wife. i didnt relaize how much smokiin had taken a toll on me till i got my taste buds and smell back, and now i can do karate with my 5 year old who just got her yellow belt yesterday, to kinda help her rank up and be a ( my lil ninja) as she calls it lol. Nice job SPC. One cigarette does not undo all the great news you have about getting people into vaping and quitting smoking yourself
The last several days of my analogs I was mostly vaping and when lighting up a cig I was making a comparison between the two. I could not finish a cig. I then decided that was enough and threw out nearly a whole pack of cigs. It really is a good feeling.
I did the same exact thing pretty much, and yeah the analog cig tasted really bad, I will never go back. It was actually awesome, and reaffirming the choice I made to not smoke real cigarettes anymore. Theres no looking back just keep going forward.
I have one once in awhile, no shame in it. I don't smoke 210 cigarettes a week so having one once is still a victory. It also reminds me that it no longer has any power over me.

Not the end of the world. I was smoke free for about a month a few weeks ago and doing my Friday night drinking. Decided to break out my roll your own machine and roll a vanilla bourbon cigarette and smoke 3/4 of it. Tasted like crap and brushed my teeth twice and not smoked since.
One cigarette every once in awhile is not what hurts you. its the pack+ a day that causes you problems. Nothing wrong what so ever sounds pretty much like a normal thing buddy's would do to me.
