I got a bad cig20.

I bought my cig2o and took it homeand started using it to put down my real smokes. Well I liked it till it quit working. It only stays charged for about 5 puffs then its dead. And its only less then a week old. I dont know if they all lie that but its hard for me to quit when I got to go home and charge it every few hits. Im not happy. I really want a refund for my cig and my refill cartriges I bought. This thing is no good

This is something you should take up with the vendor you purchased from People here can offer advice on technique and troubleshooting, but if the product is defective there's really nothing the forum community can do

However, a lot of us started with kit that didn't really work for us and those experiences are all over the forum, this place is a wealth of knowledge if you're willing to take the time to do a little reading. Very likely you will be able to find something that not only works well, but that you can truly enjoy
