I can completely rule out my gf. She's actually proud I quit smoking and vapes herself. And the tank it came out of tonight was one of hers. I picked it cause it was close to me to try out a new tip I got to see if it would fit on an iClear 16.

The thing about the tanks is I think they switched to knockoff 16s. I know the genuine iClear 16 has a black tip no matter the color of the tank. But they started selling ones with tips the same color as the tank. I'm thinking it might be the knockoff clearo iClear 16. Maybe they are loose in the factory and getting in that way. hmmmmm idk

Yeah, I'm just sorta joking about the GF, but anyways, all you can do is make sure they're not in the clearos or juice before you fill them the first time. Should be able to figure out where your clearo pearls are comeing from. Do you have unused ones from the same batch you could check?

so the desiccant i have is pharmaceutical grade "Molecular Sieve". i store it in an air tight jar. already seeing a change in color but its not the same color as the e-liquid. the liquid is bright red but the desiccant is turning burnt orange / yellow to brown... im thinking you got a chuck on desiccant stuck inside the tank. do you wash everything out with hot water before you use it?

i wash everything i get with lots of hot water before it use.. does not matter where i got it, it all gets washed. even coil heads. i pull of the tops and look inside, and rinse them. with EVOD heads i pull the flavor wicks out and set them a side and rinse it. then i hold the flavor wicks with tweezers and rinse them off as well. i let everything air dry for a few hours before i try to use it.

That sounds like it's the most plausible thing. Thank you very much.

And no sir, I've never washed my stuff before use when new. I have washed tanks and coils when I change flavor to something completely different. Like coffee to fruit. But never before. That sounds completely reasonable what you said. I'll start checking things out when I first buy em and get them home.

Wish I did. Nine iClear 16s and they all have been used.

Even clearos need cojones...

Could be that it is a mixing aid ( like the metal balls you hear rattling in spray paint cans which you're supposed to shake vigorously before use ) or a ball valve. The latter however would mean it should be present in the other clearos too. As this isn't the case I'd ask the shop or the manufacturer of the juices directly if they're using any glass beads or something similar in mixing. Could also be that some parts of them clearos get drum polished in the manufacturing process and one of the polishing beads got stuck.

There just seems like no mechanical way inside those tanks that juice could be "molded" into that spherical shape--assuming the juice is made up of regular stuff.
Can you determine if it's made of plastic. Should be easy--go outside and see if it melts (safely jic)
I sell industrial automation products and that could be an unmelted plastic pellet used in the extrusion or molding process of making plastic parts. Have you found any that matched the color of the tank you found it in?

Could be an alien intelligence is trying to communicate to you through the juice in the atomizer. Possibly a pattern to flavor or color code cipher. Thinking the ball that was found between the stem and the battery could be the Rosetta stone for decoding the message. Did you possibly note the number and size of balls in the different atomizers? Also any difference of the balls present in the different styles of atomizer may indicate a three dimensional matrix code, making it much tougher to solve.

Most likely a bead out of the tumbler. Funny thing is though, the tumbling is usually done on metal parts before chrome plating, to remove machining burrs , so a few steps removed from final assembly. If you've had a few clearos with these then it's kind of sounding like it's been done deliberately.

You should show them to your supplier, they need to know. It would be very interesting to know if they are glass or plastic. Because of the clarity I'm thinking glass or some other type of mineral.

Burned it with a lighter for about 10 seconds. Can rule out plastic and glass. Didn't melt like plastic. All it did was shatter and break in two. Wasn't a clean break either. I'm thinking it is silica beads.

On another note. I hate calling the iClear 16 a clearomizer. Makes me think of the old disposable tanks we used to use. The dual coil inside these things produces some amazing vape and flavor. Not as good as a carto, but when you switch flavors like I do, the best option for price and quality of vape. 5 bucks for the tank and 3 for replacement 1.5 ohm coils. I mean it's an Innokin product. Not some cheapo thing you get at a tobacco store.

Thanks everyone for the help. I was starting to wonder if these things were ending up in my lungs and I should quit vaping.
