And I am loving it! I didnt expect it to be so small, and light! When I got the package in the mail I thought they only sen the reomizer!! lol

I do have a few questions tho...so far (12 hours or so) it seems the best way to squonk is to push and hold the bottle, is that correct? also is there a certain way to hold the reo so that the door doesnt slide? ( it surprises me every time and I think Im going to drop it!)

Thanks guys!!

Hold it so the door is in your palm, then you could press the fire button with your thumb and I always place my pinky finger underneath the bottom just to help stabilize it. See picture for example, door doesn't move at all like this.

Also, do you have an o-ring under the atty? It looks like it's not flush that's why I'm asking. I don't think you need an o-ring under the atty, I've never used one under mine and have never had a leak. I just tighten it all the way down.

This is great looking gear and reminds me to get an LP TRA door for my black anodized Grand.
Doors with no or minimal paint layers (TRA, black anodized) are thinner than those with heavier paint like siver/copper vain or black wrinkled.
My black anodized door was easy moving from start and even got minimal rattle over the years, but never fell off.
The silver vain door was very tight from start, but fit itself by usage over month and slides perfectly now.
I don't have a TRA door, but assume it is similar to the black anodized.
Welcome to Reoville...

Glad it worked out for ya, I wasn't sure if you are a lefty or right handed. I just guessed you use it with your left hand from the pic you posted. I'm a lefty and hold it like that all the time and have never had issues. I bent my door just because I noticed it was starting to get loose and move side to side a little. After slightly bending it's solid as a rock again.

As far as screwing on the atomizer, I just run it down until it stops. Mine sits nice and flush.

Very slick looking setup - very Jules Verne/steampunk.

Tape on the inside bottom of the door or bending it slightly will fix any door rattle or looseness issues. I find all the various atties I have seem to have their own personalities in terms of screwing in and/or sitting flush - some are easy and sit right down, others are stiff and leave a gap, but all perform as advertised.

Congrats on making it to reoville. Pull up a chair and sit a spell. We can always use more stories. :toast:
