There are two methods....one, wrap electrical tape around your battery, leaving a tab to pull the battery out with...and that takes up the slack and puts just enough pressure on the door to stop the rattle. Also, you can bend the door just a tad and that will do the trick as well....but at your own risk, of course. I haven't done it myself, so I don't know what kind of pressure is needed.

Congratulations -- I just got mine yesterday and I am so thrilled... be careful though... your juice will taste stronger... the nicotine strength will come through in a way you probably haven't experienced... you could get a nicotine high or headache... and if your experience is anything like mine yesterday... you'll have a hard time putting the mini down for any amount of time heeheeeee! Enjoy and please, post a picture.

Thanks. I'll try the tape Things awesome though. Glad i dint get a grand only because this is perfect for my tiny tiny hands. Hits nice. And I ordered tuesday and got it today. Thats awesome. I might just have to do a write up for my gadget blog.

Awesome...glad it worked. I haven't used either method with mine since the rattle doesn't bother me as I'm always using them...and my polished one doesn't make a sound at all. But I'm glad it worked for you.
I personally would never bend the door for fear of putting too much oomph in it and damaging it. Keep us posted! 
my mini door was a little shaky so i just bent it ever so slightly and bam it fits tight
Got mine to and it's awesome. The boge lr carto work great. You barely have to press bottle to feed juice. Door is a little shaky, but no big deal. The only little peeve I have is the lock pin, it doesn't stay open and it always lock. But other than that I love it!
i just bent mine very slightly placing it in the palm of my hand and barely bending it outwards. no shaking anymore.. its great. i didn't puxh near the juice hole at all i didn't want to risk that, bend the top of it barely any and it helped... you can't even notice if you look at the door.
