I hate lithium-ion battery charger cords.

When you spring for the money to buy a quality charger, why can't the company put a decent cord on it? I love my Pila but over time, the cord has become this .....twisty thing that develops a curled-up memory and never comes back to normal.
I recently purchased a VP1 on a whim(Pila still worked fine--still twisty though) and in no time at all, the VP1's cord too is becoming a cork-screw. Yeah, I know you can hang them from one end and let the twists kind of spin out but they'll look the same the next day.
Hey, my Ipod cord doesn't do this. My phone-charger cord doesn't do this. My cordless drill, my rechargable spotlight....the list goes on and on, none of them turn into flexible corkscrews like these *&$%#*&^ Lithium Ion chargers.
I'm done. My rant for the day.

I've never noticed honestly ..... I just plug them in when I buy them and that is the way they stay.

My Pila has only been unplugged maybe 5 times in 3 years.

But the Nitcore chargers use a real cord with a common type end. I actually switched it for a nice soft white cord that came with my apple router years ago..... Apple has the nicest cords ever, they actually use some type of soft rubber rather than stiff plastic.

I have power strips designed for wall-worts. They have extra space between the plugs to allow for them. (All of my computer equipment runs through UPS, so I do not have the rats nest behind the computerr.)

I've seen some with pivoting plugs to accommodate worts.
