Madvapes 18350 protected blue battery and HG-1210W Lithium Ion Battery Charger Question LINKS INSIDE

I just received my battery and charger for my Jazz pipe. The battery and charger did not come with instructions so I was wondering:

Does the battery have to be charged first?
How can you tell on this charger if said battery is fully charged?
How long does the initial charge require on these batteries.

I imaging the battery will have some factory charge, but won't be fully charged
Does the charger not have a charging led ?
Lithiums are not fussy (no memory) and a 2-3 hr charge should do it.

It does have an LED but so far its been on Red. Im hoping it will turn green or turn off when its fully charged.

They say it turns green when fully charged, but also read that you have to remove the battery at that point (might be that it turns green and carries on charging) ???

Well it being a "protected" battery and having a circuit board on the battery itself cuts off over charging.

Anyway, It did eventually turn green and all is well. Ill remove the batteries even though the charger reports green just in case. Thanks man!

OK I have a HG-1210W battery charger. It doesn't have a polarized plug. I discovered if you turn 14500 batts around in the charger you will get a green light. if you turn them the other way I get a red light . It's really hard to figure the way to put them in. please forget that I wrote this. I just found the polarity on the charger. It was just hard to see on this lite green color.Thanks anyway.
