I dropped my mod on the to work this morning and broke my nautilus that was full of Ahlusion bananas foster. I was really looking forward to that flavor after letting it steep a bit so that bummed me out. Then i realized i would be without any nic for the entire day and that scared the crap out of me. I thought for sure i would be either grubbing or buying some anaglogues and would have to start the "clean clock" all over again.

To my surprise I've now been sitting at my desk for about 7 hrs and haven't caved. I even went downstairs with my smoking buddy and watchted her smoke while we shot the breeze a couple of times.

So while I have been telling myself that I will never go back to the stinkys I did have a little doubt in the back of my mind. After today that is gone complelely. I am craving the Nic a little bit and would really love to have a good vape. I but I have absolutely no interest in having a smoke!

So the moral of the story is........Things may not work out as bad as you think they will....

Many here have noted that the craving for vaping is nowhere nearly as strong as that for smoking. This has been my experience, on a few occasions when I forgot to charge batteries or a tank leaked until empty ...

The thought of lighting a cigarette is truly repugnant now. I can't imagine that it would be at all satisfying, after almost a year ...

Did the BT "cocktail" of additives make analogs more addictive ? Anecdotal evidence would seem to indicate this is so ...

Now, take away my coffee, and beware ! :D

I had a battery die early in the day at work when I first started vaping (a couple of months ago...) so now I always carry 2 batteries, at least 2 clearos, and have extra charger cords at work and in my car. Travel toothbrush holders are great for keeping it all organized in my purse.

Oddly, I vape a lot more than I ever smoked. Tastes a lot better and a lot more convenient.

I had a very similar event and was very surprised to find that I could go 9.5 hours without vaping. I could never have gone that long without a smoke. Told my dentist that I switched to vaping and he asked if I would ever be able to quit I told him it was possible. At least it would be easier to quit vaping (cold turkey) then it was to quit smoking (cold turkey).

I had 2 extra batteries charged for work about a week ago. I get to work my battery dies and omg I forgot my 2 extra fully charged batteries at home! I was worried about how my mood was going to be without any nicotine for the whole day but to my surprise I was fine. I was just bummed that I didn't, have that hand to mouth action.

Great job. The thought has crossed my mind. Being a OTR trucker and all. If something catastrophic happens I'm alil screwed. Ppl and business owners prolly wouldn't appreciate me parking my rig I front of stores, if I can even get there in what ever state I'm in. So in my short time as a vaper I have invested in equipment. 3 tanks- iclear30s,iclearXI,aspire nautilus; my VTR. And of course a slew of attys
