No Kona, It was addressed to my Husband, we never use our Business Name. Sometimes we even have it sent to a neighbor just to mix it up.
It's just hit or miss, but I've been hit 3 times in the last year. Probably had 20 shipments in the last year so it hurt but didn't cripple
So they're indulging themselves in making an association anyway, despite any of that!? They must be. Simply astounding, and it would seem hard to believe that they're actually within their rights to go that far! What legal leg would you guess they think they could stand on here; can they demand that all electronics intended for resale be listed/certified somewhere if they feel like it?? Or maybe they just figure most victims won't know how to or be willing to look into fighting it. I'm just blown away that they can/would take things this far, my sympathies to you (and all of us in their charge!!!!)!
