I think I bought an alien. Great expectations after all the good stuff I read. Ugh! This thing floods terribly and leaks from the air holes. On top of that, it does not taste good! I'm using Good Life Deadly Sin, which is 50/50 and has tasted lovely in every other tank I have. I finally poured my juice into another tank as it was all going to waste. I had it on an Evic and tried wattages from 6 to 11. I'm hoping someone can tell me the tricks to fixing all of this because right about now I could throw it in the trash if it didn't feel like throwing away cash!

Take it apart and clean it. Now simply put in a new head and make sure it is in all the way and tight. Fill it with juice from the bottom and go. I set mine on the next to largest hole and also use Deadly Sin with out problems. I also use a number of other liquids in higher VG and lower PG as well as reversed. I've never had a problem with it at all and since owning it since about last October I have not had a single Nautilus fail and only one Aspire head fail. I have 4 Aspires not counting the Nautilus.

Thanks to both of you! I had to put it away and calm down but it will get a good break down and cleaning this weekend. And I will keep that in mind Harlen! I know what Deadly Sin tastes like so I'm really gonna need the Nautilus to perform like it is supposed to and make one of my hands down favorite juices even better.

So here's an update. I took it completely apart, washed it with warm water and put in a new coil. Much better. I really think I had a dud coil. I have heard it gurgling since then, that gets solved by switching to a larger air flow hole. Seems the vacuum/pressure created by the smaller 2 holes cause that issue sometimes.

I'm having issues with mine as well.. Both coils that came with it didnt even make it through a 3/4 of a tank without getting a burnt/off taste. I'm using it on an mvp v2 at between 3.4-3.6 volts. I thought this would be rather low for a dual coil setup (first one, I have no experience with DC) and anything over that voltage setting is burnt. Think both my coils were duds? I dont wanna give up on it, and will probably buy some replacement heads soon, I just hope its not a waste of $18 for five heads.. Any tips on cleaning these heads, ive never used a carto style head either.. Any help is appreciated.

Just noticed you were new. Sorry. These bottomcoil clearomizers all take interchangeable coils, so a discussion about the protank will apply equally to your issue. They can be reused, even cleaned, but it's best to just rebuild them or rewick them with cotton. Check the above link for all kinds of tips and tricks.

Um the Nautilus does not take an interchangeable coil :/ it's unique to the design and I have not been able to rebuild them. I wish it did pop in half like a Kanger/Kanger-like design
Well don't I look the fool then. I really did think they were interchangeable.
Anyway, here's a video by Rip Tripper on rebuilding an Aspire Nautilus.
