I have an order coming that only showed "shipping information received" until this morning, when it magically arrived at my local post office.

No other update, but I'll bet it's at home when I get there.

BTW, this is an order I placed Tuesday night.

The PO must have given yours REAL special treatment. :D

Apparently so. When I got home, it was sitting in the mailbox. :)

I got 2 XL batteries and two bottles of 555 juice. The rest was a UU kit plus extras for a friend who can't afford the start-up cost. I'm gonna give him all the freebies too. The freebies were a black auto w/no logo, a white v4l manual, and at least 2 extra boxes of cartos.

Steve & Mark rock!!!

USPS is still clueless, even though mine worked out OK in the end.

Unfortunately, USPS is still the least expensive shipping method out there.

Yeah, but they still rape me with shipping charges. $7 for 5 cartos is insane. I sent 9 cartos and two or three 5ml refills through them to someone and it cost only $2, why then does V4L.com charge so much for shipping? It would be nice to place orders and not have to buy a ton of stuff at once, but if I don't order a lot of stuff I am ripped off on shipping. :(

I think you'll find this on about any web store in existence. Ordering from the web is great, but it's not really conducive to small orders. That's one of the reasons that we usually throw in an extra item of two to help make up for the shipping charges.

Edit: We ship everything USPS priority mail which costs a minimum of $4.80 if it's under a pound. When it goes over a pound the price goes up more.

Hi! My first post here.

First of, thanks Steve and co for the amazing product. This thing blows my mind!

Second, I'd also like to express my dismay with USPS, especially here in Canada. I ordered a couple more boxes of cartos and a bottle of 20ml juice that shipped last wednesday, I believe... It's been eight business days. The last order we placed with you guys was here within five!

$25 shipping is a little wild for such slow service... So screw you, USPS.

Geez. I feel for you guys! I must be very lucky because I've never had a single delivery problem with USPS other than that their tracking is awful. The packages are always at my door within 2 days of being shipped. I think it took 3 days only one time. I wonder if this has something to do with all the post offices that are being closed in various areas?
