I hate vg

I have been previously vaping with %100 pg and now I thought i'd give %50 pg and %vg a go and it sucks. I get almost no throat hit at all. Its 18mg of nicotine. I thought maybe its the atomizer so i changed to a sub ohm atomizer and still isn't doing it for me, there is no pleasure, no ahhhh thats better feeling. Now im stuck with vg until i get a %100 pg again which will be a while and also it gives me a headache.

vg is known for smoother hits. Plus vapor production. Not all vapers like the throat hit.
Drink more water or your favorite beverage for the headache. It also dries you out more.

I like VG the smooth , lack of TH. I get a sore throat and ear aches and cough when I use any more than 50/50 pg/vg mix. I now use no less than 75% VG liquids.

Wierd, the site froze and flipped out while I was still typing.

SOme people have allergies to PG, others get chest tightness and feel like they can breathe as deep when they go higher in VG.

Im so glad we can modify everything to our own needs.

You could try bumping up nicotine, but you're already using a high strength.
You could try using more powerful equipment, sub-ohming with an RTA or RDA at higher wattage.
You could try this product added to your juice:

Or you can tough it out for a bit. At 50/50 with 18mg, you're getting significant throat hit, even if it's not at the level you're used to with straight PG. If you're stuck with the 50VG mix for awhile, you will probably adjust.

Wow. I use 100% VG and occasionally still cough. No issues with throat hit. What's your wattage? When I try my friends 70-30 I'm grossed out with flavor and sticky feel. But like someone else said different strokes.

Agreed. Also could be just different than what one is used to...

I go max VG in all my juices. I do admittedly use only PG flavorings so my mixes arent 100% VG but its pretty close since I rarely go above 10% flavorings.

Yes sir. Odd how changes can totally throw you off for a bit. Keep vaping it. Up your wattage a little. Mess around and chuck some clouds.
