So recently my vape after it went off in my pocket on 230 Watts for like 1.5 seconds it burnt a little bit of juice and after I could still taste the juice it was still draining and my puff counts were going up but ever since I refilled it with new juice I can’t taste it the puff counter isn’t going up either the cotton is wet also is it a problem with my batteries the mod or the coil? I think it’s the batteries but better safe than sorry

Agree you fried the coil.

In future, turn off the mod before putting it in your pocket. And if you can lock the wattage, do that too. Certainly you’re not vaping at 230w on purpose.

Also, with a super fried coil, things can get pretty bad in the tank. Disassemble it completely and wash THOROUGHLY and I do mean thoroughly. You may want to soak your O-rings in something (preferably not caustic) or even replace them. With a bad coil fry well, sometimes you really have to start over.

I've gotten pretty consistently good at turning off my mods in my purse, for that reason (or locking them at least).

Best of luck in the future and I think we've all made such a mistake from time to time. Mine was not realizing a mod "scrolled around" from it's lowest wattage setting to HIGHEST, LOL, was aiming at 5 watts to prime a coil and I got 120. My coil was instantly vaporized, LOL, and the tank required a thorough "decontamination" as it were.

Glad nothing worse happened honestly, the main reason to turn of mods is so they won't auto fire to the point the battery goes boom. It's rare but for me it's an even better motivation to lock/turn off mods than torching my coil even. Best of luck cleaning the tank :)

That was very difficult to read sans punctuation but from the sounds of it your asking what caused the mod to randomly fire while in your pocket?

If that is indeed the question the answer is definitely the mod - but the reason for the answer could be different depending on certain factors.

1) it might be that you didn't have the mod turned off, therefore accidentally pressed the fire button.

If the above was true then you will want to make sure you turn your mod off prior to placing it in your pocket from now on. It's very dangerous to transport your mod in your pocket without turning it off.

2) it might be that your mod began auto firing while you had your mods fire button locked off or mod turned off..

in which case, you will want to see about returning the mod to the vendor you purchased it from if it's still in warranty, or simply throw away and buy a new mod.

In the case of an auto firing mod it is important to remove the batteries and discontinue use.

Welcome and glad you joined.
If the mod was turned off and it came on, you have a serious problem.
Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Definitely worth a look at:
