My cartos keep burning up after a couple puffs. I bought three 1.5ohm cartos and primed one using the condom, and the other just dripping and letting them sit for awhile. They'll hit good for maybe 10 puffs then start having a Smokey burnt taste. I'm using them with a 3.7v battery so I don't know what's going wrong. And using Jet Fuel juice

First, all carto brands are not the same. Second, it seems to me that the quality control of the manufacturers is something that is lacking and lately has become worse. Personally I use 2.0 Ohm to 3.0 Ohm Smoktech flanged cartos in my Artemas locking tanks, and I have had several that became burned quickly. Priming the carto well is important, but you have said that you do that, so it may be the number of holes in the carto, how big they are, and the % of VG making a thick juice which will not absorb as quickly into your carto. Those are the only things I can come up with since you are not using sub ohm coils. If you are like me (cheap), you just hate to have a $1.85 carto burn after 10 puffs. I even clean mine as many times as I can before they either clog up or burn up. Just noticed you seem to be using just straight cartos, no tank, so the number of holes I mentioned does not apply. Just make sure you prime your cartos very well until the filter inside is "slushy". Then drip new juice onto the filter material every so often.

Getting a burnt taste after several puffs suggest to me that you didn't properly prime the carto before vaping. This is absolutely the most important step. It determines how well that carto will perform for the rest of its life.

The filler material must be absolutely saturated with juice, but without getting any into the air hole. I put part of a wood tooth pick in the hole to keep juice out. I drip a couple of drops onto the filler, and rotate the carto around and drip in another spot while the first spot gets sucked up.

I then shake the carto like a thermometer. This simulates a centrifuge, forcing the juice down to the connector end (heating coil end). After a few shake downs, I go back and fill in some more. Then shake some more. I continue until the filler looks like a slushy drink and will take no more juice.

Remove the tooth pick. Add a drip tip. Vape. :vapor:

3.7 volts with a 1.5ohm carto runs at 2.5 amps...I think this is what's causing my carts to burn. I read vaping over 2 amps is bad
Wabbit and Bad covered all the "possibles" pretty darn completely. But, yeah... you are really pushing your luck at 2.46 amps. I rarely go past 1.7 with a carto tank. You need around 2.5 ohms resistance with your 3.7V batt.
