i have a question for the sx350

there 4 wires on the charger are they additional 2 for upgrading purpose ?
planning to use an external charger for my build I am doing now .this thing is just to slow for the two 18650 s on my first sx350 ..4 plus hrs.
so the question is can I cut the wires off ?or is there an other reason to leave it in there ? goes to 35 w now and that's more than need.

4 hrs for a 5000+mah pack isn't slow at all.

yeah, theres data going through that usb port for upgrading firmware. i think its best to leave...i think its a 1amp charger.

Update your sx350 with the 50w firmware because there are some bugs in the 35w.

well that's another reason to leave the charger board in there !
now I gues I have to learn what the problems are and how to upgrade to 50 watts. ...a bit digital challenced on this end .
