I have been looking at getting

an ego/tornado lately and I ran across the Riva at Altsmoke. It is considerably less expensive and the longer battery life is attractive, but I was wondering about the quality of the unit. Anyone here ever use one from them? If I am not mistaken they both use the same atty/carts it is just the battery that is different. Is this correct? Any suggentions?

The general concensus is that they are as good or better than the eGo, as the do have a longer batt life and an upgraded button. I kinda wish I had gone that route, but I am happy w/ my eGo. However, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a riva batt for my eGo as a backup. Yes same carts as the eGo/510 and can use the eGo mega attys/carts/cartos

Yes...I bought a Riva from altsmokes. Ordered on a monday, came on wenesday. Great e-cig. Very happy with it. Good price too !
