This company left me hanging with an order that was never filled. I fell into the trap of getting some "free e-cigs" They made it mandatory that I cancel my credit card and get a new account because I could not get them to stop sending me and billing my credit card. They wanted a "code" number that they had sent me with my first order.
I have ordered from companies online that did not include the shipping charges which were as much as what I was ordering-- the shipping charges were not shown until AFTER I gave them my card number and THEN it was included in the total. This was a BIG NAME company.
MY point is that TRUSTING websites even those with well-known names can be risky. I find that ordering only from the companies MAIN website makes the process of ordering online safer.
This site is strict--I believe because there are powers that do not want vaping to be legal and want our rights are in danger. I do believe the process of posting could be simplified here but if this one makes it- perhaps I have learned enough to send more posts and perhaps I can learn and tell what I know. There are SO many traps in this industry- IT is good to have a place to go that can help you find your way.

Hello and welcome.:toast: Yeah, I had the same situation when I started with a "Free Trial" kit. I kept on canceling and they kept on sending me stuff and charging me till I cancelled the credit card. Wasted $300.00 on a cheap cigalike.

You shouldn't have any problems posting or starting a thread here in the new members section, though I just read a post from another new member that sounded like they were having problems posting. This forum just moved to new software within the last couple weeks and they're still working on things, that could be causing some temporary glitches.
