I have not been vaping for very long, but it seems to me that this has already become almost a hobby with all the variant options available. When I was smoking ciggs I caried a lighter and a pack...I didn't cruise web sites for half the day looking at all the goodies I can get for this new developement. Every time I even pass by the computer my wife starts to sweat wondering what I am going to buy next....

Where does this end? lol

Well its up to the individual how far they take it.
For example the Mrs still uses and ego setup for last 18 months while i have long moved on and have bought and also made various mods.
Even make my own e-liquid as opposed to buying it.
With new things coming out all the time its all want you want and how much you can spend.

Here is a link that shows various e-cig, mods, tanks, atty's rebuildables etc in action .

I can see an end to my hardware purchasing. Three more Vision Vivi Nova tanks, that will give me 5 total so I can have different flavors going at all times. Gives my taste buds something new and they may not get that dead time hopefully.

One more charger, that way I have two. Right now I have one twist on a charger and another waiting to be charged and I am using one of the two back-up regular 650 eGo batteries. I love my twists better!

After I get those few things I should be set. I am very happy with the Twist + Nova combo. Now that I have found juices I love, it will be just maintaining the juice and heads.

I'm very content now.

I've spent around the same amount of money as you BigBaby... maybe a lot more... lol
I need to thank my friend that introduced me to vaping and punch him in the face at the same time!
All the mods, rebuildables, tasty treats, and shiny toys this world is offering is running my bank account dry. sadface but it's so.... AWESOME!

It ends when you get a provari is my friends opinion on that haha I say it ends when you eliminate all the things you don't like in your system... then you start on your backup haha
lol I thought it would end when I got my Provari, but it hasn't :p I just ordered a backup (Spinner), a few more tanks, and I have another RBA on preorder in the co-op. I also have a few more juice vendors I want to try, and I've been looking at DYI juice kits this weekend. I resigned myself to the fact that this is a hobby. :p

When your electric gets cut off and you can't charge the batteries.

Not with my propane generator and automatic transfer switch! :vapor:

The boss aka my wife aka The Empress gets nervous while I'm looking at e cig supplies after seeing package after package stack up in my home office. It's time for me to slow down for a week or two and buy her a gift card to zappos ...or other comparable shoe store she likes.

She loves her Ego twist and Ego tank system and won't even consider changing.

BigK,

Like you, I find the "mods" quite interesting and potentially expensive. In addition, I have also been spending hours just reading all of the very interesting posts on this site. I wouldn't mind getting into DYI at a much later date, but I never was a good chemistry student. In answer to your initial comment, it does seem that this could become a "hobby" to many and an expensive one.
Welcome Aboard

Best Wishes
