Ok, just finished making dinner and cleaning up. I filled 2 cartos, one hopscotch one custard. Used the condom and syringe method. Took about 5 mins total, so all good so far.

They are now sitting, and when the 3 year old goes to bed I'll try them out. But can someone tell me: there seems to be juice on the bottom, even when I wipe it. With the hole where I screw it to the battery, how do I make sure that no juice comes into contact with the battery?

Hope someones up to help. I so want to be one of the cool kids!!!

Hi Elpha,

Hold a folded paper towel near the threaded end of the carto and gently blow the excess juice out of the carto. You might want to do this four or five times and is a normal part of the carto filling process.

Next, form a folded part of the paper towel to remove excess juice from inside the threaded end of the carto.

Be sure to "top off" your carto from time to time during the day, but especially when you notice the flavor or amount of vapor drop off. I vape real heavy and top off a carto several times in the course of a day.

Oh, and if you are using a manual battery (push button) there is no danger of the juice going down into the battery because it should be sealed.

Right now its 70 (F) 21 (C) so its pretty nice out.

And I'm one of those early to rise guys. No real reason to, just too many years of getting up early to go to work and I guess I still do it out of habit.

I'm sooooo glad you like the carto and that your one of us kewl kids now. Get a little experience with what you have and later on we'll move on to nice things like the Joye 510 carto that FSUSA sells.

There are all kinds of wonderful cartos available now, but that 510 is still what I measure all other cartos by. There are those that would argue with me, but I think that 510 produces the best flavor and vapor. The downside to them is that they have to be refilled pretty often.

Well I'm up early too, but I'm a nut who goes to work early. I hear what you're saying T on the 510, and I do love my cartos, but I'm using an 808/901 one, and it works for me, refills (not very often) and all.

Your right div. The 510 would not be a good choice for carrying around during the day. There's others that hold a lot more juice that would be better.

I like them sometimes in the evening when we're watching television and I'm sitting at my desk on the computer and can top them off often.

I've already put some of those FSUSA cartos in my cart (and obviously would have been first choice if I was a patient woman an could wait for delivery) along with some of their very pretty looking drip tips.

I just switched to my custard filled Carto and I'm in heaven. I honestly didn't think FSUSA juices could taste any better, but they really do. I'm kewl and I'm loving it...

Loving the dark side. Just loving it. Although it appears I already broke one (i think I wrecked the filler - oops - stoopid noobs) ..... But I have 9 more, and with all these new juices I have to try, I'm sure I'll be placing an order in the next few days, so will get more cartos too. But the flavour? Holy vapour it's good!
