You're not going to get much cloud with a Triton. It would be enough for most people, but not for actual cloud blowers. The tank has 5 coils available: .3 ohms Kanthal, rated 45-55 watts; .4 ohms Kanthal, rated 25-30 watts; 1.8 ohm Kanthal, rated 10-13 watts; and .5 ohm Clapton coil in Kanthal, rated 40-45 watts. All of these coils should be run in regular wattage mode, they are not for Temp Control. The other one is a .15 ohm Nickel wire coil. It is the only coil that tank has available that can be run in TC mode. From your description, the two coils you have are the 1.8 ohm Kanthal, and the .5 ohm Clapton. Both of those need regular wattage mode, not Temp Control. Switch the Clapton coil to wattage mode and run it up to 45 watts, that's about the best that tank will do for cloud. You could try the Ni200 .15 coil in TC mode, but I don't think it will do a lot better. If switching to wattage mode doesn't fix it for her, you need a cloudier tank.
