Two days after I had my iphone 4s I dropped it into a cup of chew spit *facepalm* and it was dead as hell. I went to the apple store and said, listen ill be straight with you I dropped this in a cup of liquid two days after I got it is there any way I could buy a refurb for a lower price or get this one working again. The guy popped a new one out of a package and set it up for me. I asked what I would owe and he said "nothing but would you like to buy apple plus for 99 dollars". I felt obligated and did so. Best customer service id ever had.
edit: and then apple plus worked out for me because about 16 months in the charger connector went bad and it was replaced free of charge under the apple care program woot

Buggainok, you were the first person I felt "connected to" when I joined this forum. I am happy to see your post on this thread--I always watch for you. You have no idea how wonderful this whole thing has been. I feel like Alice down the rabbit hole or a princess or something. The folks in the Provari group are just astounding. No one has ever done anything like this for me and I continue to just count my blessings and be uber thankful.
That's so sweet for you to say, Cbrite. I feel just that way about you, too. We are kindred souls in this new journey. We both have kitty cats as our avatar, and that's gotta mean something.
I agree with you, the people here are just the best! I was just talking to my daughter tonight and telling her what great fun I am having with this new wonderful thing!
