I left my smok mechanical mod standing up with an 18650 battery in it in the unlocked position. I normally don't do this because I don't trust it. I have checked in the past and it was not firing. Good thing I got to it in time. It was scary hot. Took the battery out and it cooled down. I also did have a fuse in it. I am wondering why it didn't open.

What meat said.

I was modding an iseason and over-tightened it, making it fire continuously. I had loud music playing and didn't hear it firing. It went off for at least ten minutes and was *very* hot when I went to take a vape. The battery was fine though (3.6V) and after fixing the mod everything works fine.
