I'm Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobic so am I of no help. I'm guessing loquatiousness means, "performing every position in the Kama Sutra" or "One's ability to eat chicken while drinking beer". It's crazy how long a person must wait to work in the word Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobic or Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia into a conversation.

Snap! That's what it IS. The fear of having to tell a medical professional what's wrong!
I usually just tell people I suffer from a condition for people who "fear big words". I get a little freaked-out trying to actually say the name of the condition.
