In my case, while I intended to quit analogs, it actually happened accidentally.

I had bought and been using my NCig for about a week. Without even trying, I discovered I was smoking far fewer analogs.

Then one night I went to open another pack of analogs and I couldn't find any. It was late & I didn't want to go buy more right then, since I live out in the country. I thought, "What the heck. I don't NEED to since I have my e-cig."

I never smoked another cigarette. Three days later I found the two missing packs of analogs. One is still in the house and the other is in the glove compartment of my truck. They're my trophies!

The point of this is to advise you to just "let it happen". I smoked for over 40 years and quit without trying.

I've been through several different PVs, looking for one that isn't so high-maintenance. I'm now converting to the VK and I really think I've found MY answer.

Just my $.02.

I smoked only 5 analogs yesterday and am going to try to only have 3 today. I was a 1.5 to 2 pack a day smoker for years! I wish I would of gotten this e-cig sooner. :)

You're on your way! Congratulations! I didn't quit the moment I picked mine up either, even smoking a few cigs each day with the vaping, the health benefits started immediately. You're going to be feeling better within a day, and after 3 days, you'll likely notice a big difference in how clear your lungs are.

These benefits made it easier for me to keep challenging myself. After a month, I completely quit cigs. That doesn't mean I don't think about the cigs and want one sometimes, I do, but it's so easy to vape the craving away.

This is truly something to celebrate, isn't it?
