In my case, while I intended to quit analogs, it actually happened accidentally.
I had bought and been using my NCig for about a week. Without even trying, I discovered I was smoking far fewer analogs.
Then one night I went to open another pack of analogs and I couldn't find any. It was late & I didn't want to go
buy more right then, since I live out in the country. I thought, "What the heck. I don't NEED to since I have my e-cig."
I never smoked another cigarette.
Three days later I found the two missing packs of analogs. One is still in the house and the other is in the glove compartment of my truck. They're my trophies!
The point of this is to advise you to just "let it happen". I smoked for over 40 years and quit without trying.
I've been
through several different PVs, looking for one that isn't so high-maintenance. I'm now converting to the VK and I really think I've found MY answer.
Just my $.02.
