Just wanted to give a quick thanks for this board being here. I got on the DIY track just week and a half ago, worried I wouldn't be able to easily mix palatable liquid. Thanks to y'all's encouragement, and some very useful threads of common percentages used, I'm a DIY machine. Maybe I'm not discerning enough yet, but so far everything I've made has been fantastic and tastes more than good enough to vape.

I was also concerned that the trial and error and general work involved would turn me off to it, but nope! At least so far I'm happily vaping everything I've made, the "work" is negligible, and for the price of about 50mL of a premixed flavor I have the goods to make nearly 300mL.

Color me damn happy. I <3 you guys.

This place is the best for getting your vape on!
I've been dripping my first DIY mix since having dinner and I think I may run out of it by morning. I made 5ml and usually only vape around 3 ml a day.

I've spent a bunch from reading this forum, but now I'm gonna save a bunch!

That's just not right!!!

Well, I take that back. I went nuts and made 5 mL of trash last night.

But for the most part, yeah, I'm surprised how simple it was to make something acceptable right off the bat. Mints have been easy. TFA's tobacco blend with a touch of caramel is darn close to V2's "Sahara", which is something I've been looking to emulate. My girlfriend has the fruity flavors covered. And after accidentally adding menthol to vanilla bean ice cream, she and I have been vaping that as fast as everything else put together. It doesn't really resemble anything but it's a great mix of flavor and sensation.

My problem now: I can't find unflavored liquid and my order with WL is in limbo with the rest. I might have to break down and buy juice if I use up all my menthol flavors! Lesson learned: if you're getting an order sent out, buy at least 250 mL.
