I unintentionally ordered the old model Stardust clearomizers from you guys, and I meant to order the new, long-wick ones with the improved tube. I know you have a "no returns or exchanges" policy for ordering the wrong kind, but since they haven't actually shipped yet, I was hoping I could correct the order. I also submitted a support ticket that includes the order number through your website as I wasn't sure which was the preferred method of communication.
