17 orders, 16 received, 1 reimbursed, one really late. Since September they have used different shipping methods, lost tracking capability, and generally degraded in their shipping. However, that aside, which really translates to a patience issue, it's fine. After one my order never showed for two months, and I opened a ticket and politely asked for a resolution about 4 times, I got my credit. They do stand behind what they do, which is more than you can say about many, if not most, US vendors. They also communicate and have excellent customer service and returns are to Florida, not Hong Kong. They were much better prior to September 2013. Best of luck!
