This same seller has the MP2 plus 2 18350 batteries for $23 shipped. I just bought some 18500s from them.
And if you need other sizes for your charger, XTar and Efest make one size fits all types, such as this:

That one came with 2 spacers, each 18350 will need 2. Extra spacers were 59c each.

FYI (late to the party, sorry) nitecore is highly regarded for chargers.
The 4 slot and 2 slot are both available via amazon prime.
When in doubt, you can always look to what the high-end flashlight guys are using. (Yes, high end flashlight modders is actually a thing.. who knew?) They don't always use high-drain batteries, so be careful there, but otherwise they tend to have lots of good advice re batteries and such.

I use Amazon.com: Sysmax Intellicharge I4 V2 Universal 4 Channel Li-Ion Ni-Cd Ni-MH Smart Charger: Everything Else 4 bays, it doesn't state 18350s but charges them fine. GotVapes sells it for $30. I like that I can charge my AA and AAA eneloops as well as my big batts.
I use this exact model and it charges most battery sizes as well.
I personally own a Nitecore I2 charger and would definitely recommend it because of the led charge indicator and the capability to charge 18350 batteries without spacers (the xtar one needs spacers).
as a side note the Nitecore 4 bay isn't as cute and small as it looks on amazon, but it isn't too big. I like that it charges NiMH and LiI in a lot of shapes and sizes the most. It does NiCd, but I don't own any of those
