I reread the OP question and as usual I'm totally off tpic. LOL Jeez. Yes, mixing with a lower nic will lower the nic level. Mixing 11mg with 0mg half and half will result in 5.5mg. I scanned the question and picked up on spinning, dripping, spinnnig dripping and completely missed the actual question. My apologies. (red face and all)

Your all good Maxwell, after all what else is left to be said about mixing after put in a bottle or mix it in a condom. I like spinning dripping, spinning dripping, brings back memories of trying to put Visine in my eyes.

I once mistaked ear wax remover for visine and put it in my eye. It was similar, I imagine, to putting a lit match on ones eyeball. Burned like hello. Probably that's why I don't drip and spin - post traumatic stress.
