I am not mechanical minded at all but I have a heartfelt plea for those of you that are. I love my DSE 601 pipe but had replacing the whole thing everytime an atomizer burns out! Is there someone on here who would be willing to modify one of my pipes so that it has a replacable atomizer but still uses the same batteries and has comparable vaping quality? I do not know what it is worth but I would be willing to pay for the service and parts. I even have 6 or 7 pipes that quit that I can send so you have a few for practice.

I was looking through the forum and found a tear down and rebuild of one of these http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/30142-601-e-pipe-rebuild.html and IMO it really wouldn't be worth the hassle as they look to be built as a throw away. I think you would be a lot further along getting a friendlier pipe. I found this one looking for an 18650 mod.

If you change it to a replaceable atty it will not taste the same. Is that something you are willing to live with?
Have you looked at the e-pipes here? They aren't cheap but, I think they are closer to what you need.
