I need a new mod, but do I really need a 200w ?

there are so many brands and variations of mods out there that finding a few you like is dizzying. for what it is, dna devices offer me nothing more the other devices out there wont offer and for less. but you know, opinions and stuff.

I'm happy with my MVP 3, it's 60 watts but I typically don't go above 30 watts so I get a couple days off a full charge.

Currently I' looking for a backup and might just get another one.

sx mini m or ml class or ipvd3 or the new ipv5s or sigelei 200w tc or snow wolf version 2.0 200w tc, so many choices


and no u do not need 200watt
and no u wont be vaping all day at 200 watt
you will be hanging around 20-50 the majority of the time

think of it like... having a car with top speed of 180, its possible u get there but chances are you wont ever use it at that level

No, you don't need 200 watts unless you want to vape that high, or you happen to like seriously massive coil builds. Sigelei, Snow Wolf and the SX Mini all make one in the 60-80 watt range and solid enough to do just about anything that's not extreme; and smaller as they are single battery. That said, you never know when you'll get a hankering for some 20ga super duper triple twist left handed monkey Claptons, or something, so it's kind of nice to have it in there just in case, and if you don't mind two-battery (or three, the Reauleaux is also a good choice) mod.

I vape at 40w on my istick50w, with Kanger mini and nano tanks. I have a crown tank on my Kanger kbox mini @50w, and it's barely pushing that tank. We just bought a Sigelei Fuchai 200w, and use that with a 2nd Crown @70w. The flavor in the Crown running a .5omh coil is amazing. Haven't even tried the .25 or .25 ni200 for TC yet. The only reason we bought the Sigelei was for the crown and TC. Will I ever go above 70? Maybe not. But at $60 was hard to beat.
