On Friday I am going to order a new tank for my Ego Twist. I am looking for something really solid all around and pyrex as I plan on using some plastic eating juices.

I'm using an EVOD Clearomizer and it's been good but I think it's been leaking juice as I'm losing juice at an alarming rate. I took it all apart tonight and cleaned it. Which prompted me to want something nicer so I can try and cut down on costly issues like the one I'm having right now.

What can you recommend for me?

Id lose juice with a c4 and vivi nova having to blow it out due to gurglyness but never a evod. You said "evidently" so are you seeing juice loss or assuming?

Lots of folks like protanks, i struggled and preferred evods out of all the clearos id tried.
Now i have carto tank (ibtanked) for my adv and im in love.
Put my 22mm on 1300 variable ego battery to aee and it wasnt as bad as id have thought.
The 15mm reg height would probably look pretty good imho.
You might be using a tank cracker, evods are plastic with just a metal sleeve

I am actually seeing juice loss with the EVOD. I had to wipe everything down and clean it off last night, including the battery.

I'm interested in a Protank but am not sure if I should get the 1, 2, or 3. I know the 3 has a dual coil but don't know what that means for me.

I was using a Melonade from MBV. I had no problems with it previously.

I don't mind size of the tank, I could always just buy a cone for it.

I can give you a few options:

A mini Protank will be about the same diameter as your Ego Twist. Uses the same replacement heads as your Evods. http://altsmoke.com/accessories/clearomizers/protank-2-mini-protank-2.html

You can go with a cartotank, which uses punched cartomizers instead of coil heads and string wicks.

These are polypropylene tanks with metal endcaps. They'll hold up against the tank cracker flavors. The 3.5 ml is slimmer and will be the same diameter as your Twist.

Above is an 19mm IBTanked pyrex tank on an eGo Vision Spinner. They now offer a 15mm tank which will be the same diameter as the eGo.

Badtitude up in my thread!

Also where can I find a list of approved vendors? IE: vendors people have gone through and have had tremendous success.

Also, will a Protank 3 install onto my Twist?
The Protanks will all install on your Twist.

Use your Google search. You already have 3 vendors that sell cartotanks: My Vapor Store, IBtanked, and Phiniac to look up.

You can get a Protank from any of the major online vendors: AltSmoke, Discount Vapors, My Vapor Store to just name three.

YouTube is an excellent source of finding information: demo's, how-to's, and reviews of various gear.

Thanks for the advice, Bad.

I have finally settled on a tank and have decided to go with the Mink Protank 2. After all the reviews I've watched and opinions I've heard, it just seems like the best fit overall for me. Is it at big as I'd like? No. But all of its other features seem to be worth the investment.
