Looks to me like you got one of the smallest ones already; I'm guessing there's a 16350 battery inside the bottom.
Oh, wait reading it over, maybe you just found the photo somewhere and decided that its something like that would be nice for your wife!

Looks alot like a 16350 size coolfire; the topper looks like an evod.

It's an E2 (I bought one called "Super Excalibur") it is 650 mAh to 1100 mAh (mine was 650), was a POS. just saying. And the topper does look like an EVOD.

How do you like the pen clip style? I like it, nobody at work will think twice of what I have in my pocket. Unless they try to grab it out of my pocket to use a pen...

A very good possibility at a great price point. And, just to point out, there are lots of "sidewinder" type mods that are similar, in all sorts of price ranges. The SvoeMesto "mini sticker" and Chels Mini ecig "Microstick" come to mind.

Damn you and your SM Mini Sticker! I've been looking for weeks and can't find the sticker anywhere! (have any ideas?)

It's just like any CE4 on and EGO, the pen clip just holds it in my pocket for a spare, I always have another in my hand.

400mah ego mini with an evod or the like isn't very large.

If mechs are an option, a 18350 GP Paps is 60mm and a 18490 Pisces T / Kylin is less than 70mm.

There's also an ego variant of that SM Sticker. Can't remember name... U-something-something.
