I just check the seals and make sure I don't over fill the tank...when I set mine up I look at the voltage on any coil...you can check this when you push the fire button...no matter what coil you use, make sure your voltage is between 3.7 and 4.2 and you should get a complete vapor. Hopefully it helps.
Thanks Mike! :)

How long are you getting in between coil changes (just in days or, if you know it, how many ml of liquid do you use per day or per coil)? Leaking can be one side effect of a coil that's past its prime.
I'm not sure I will have to pay close attention to figure that out. I usually change my coil when my oil tastes wrong. I can't explain it better than that but I know when I need to change coils. :)

I was just going to leave this thread quietly, resting peacefully in the knowledge you got the advice you needed... I was... and then I saw someone recommend an RDA.

SMH

I ran into this same issue - not the leaking, but the occasionally spotty piece of advice - when I started vaping. You've stated quite clearly that you don't have a lot of strength in your hands and that you sometimes wander and forget to check on things. In order to use an RDA, you need a bit of coordination if not strength, and you'll need to drip the e-liquid (never oil...) on the cotton wicking frequently, and if the cotton gets burned or gunky, it has to be replaced. If the coils get damaged or gunked up over time, they will need to be replaced, too. Both VERY finicky processes compared to unscrewing the old coil and screwing in, then priming, a new coil.

The Kanger Subtank Mini is an outstanding tank offering a wide range of coil heads and an RBA base (for building your own coils should you ever decide to try). It was my first subtank, and I still have it in my collection and it gets used daily.

I say follow the previous advice you were given regarding increasing the wattage and continuing to draw after the button is pushed, and you should be much better.
