After smoking for 40 years I switched to e-cigs. I love them! I bought a product from "Smoking everywhere" Not happy. Then I bought "Vapor4life" Much better but lately their products have been shoddy. The automatic batteries fail and I don't care for the push button as I'm a window cleaner and both my hands are busy. I've recently heard about the E-tank and I'm very interested. I've also heard about the 5-10 but not sure if that is just a standard term. I've seen Youtube videos on putting tea bag mesh in the cartridge to improve the product. Can someone tell me their thoughts about all the above? Essentially, what I want to know is what is the best product (E-tank?), best brand and how do I get it.
I need direction. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

510 is the most popular threaded connection for an ecig. It's not a brand. It doesn't matter if you go 510 or something else. Get with one threading type and stick with it so all of your supplies will be interchangable. You'll get lots of good advice here on choosing the right ecig for you.

Probably a good brand for you would be the echo. It has a automatic battery that's huge as well as a cartomizer that holds a lot of juice.
I wouldn't recommend a tank to someone new to vaping as it needs some maintenance and fooling with it (adjusting the wick) that may frustrate a new user.
Most don't recommend automatic batteries because it's easy to get juice into the battery as you've already experienced. I've never heard of issues with the echo though.
You also might consider some type of mod. I'm not familiar with them but someone else here might be able to help.

I would talk to V4L about your problems. They WILL fix it. You might want to look at getting a Riva (which has a 510) or something smiler to that and trying direct dripping on a atomizer. Great flavor from it. Look at the reviews forum, and look for something that appeals to you. If you have any specific question Let us know. 510 is a connection type. V4L uses a thread type refereed to as Kr808-1. There is also 901 and 306, but the first two are the more popular.
Asking what the best such and such is at best risky. Everyone feels very strongly about what they think is the best. Like me for example. I love my Old Goat mod more then anything else on this earth. But I don't know if you open to a box shaped e cig, so I can't just say that is the best. Ultimately doing the research and finding out for yourself is the best way. And if you every buy something and don't like your not stuck with it. You can usually resell it in the classified for close to what you paid for it. Experiment don't be afraid to ask questions. Just don't ask whats the best.

All auto batts have issues with juice getting in them.If you insist on autos you just have to be very careful with them.
Agreed. The only PV (personal vaporizer) that you can hold in your mouth and vape hands free would be one like you have or smaller which will just continue to give you problems, IMO. I think you need to decide what is more important: good performance or hands free. If it is good performance, then a whole range of better PV's become available to you.
I think the Echo, from what I have read, is one of the best auto battery devices, but I think using it hands free could be tiresome considering the size of the battery.
I can't tell you anything about tanks. Some love them and many others have had problems. I like cartomizers, which is a atomizer and cartridge in one unit. A 1.5 ohm dual coil cartomizer on a 3.7 volt PV is wonderful, however rule of thumb is; you need a 450 mAH battery or better. 380 mAH on the larger Joye 510 battery. A 1.5 cartomizer is considered LR (low resistance), so does drain the battery faster.
I like the cartomizers because they hold a lot of juice. It takes a little while to learn how to fill and clean them, but that is all I use now. Nice to have atomizers for trying new juices, or dripping at night, but once you know what juices you like, the cartomizer is the way to go. I fill 2 and it lasts me all day.
Some threads out there with folks that love the tanks and I hear Boge came out with one that looks sharp. I'm sure others will join in. Strongly suggest you get used to pushing a button however. Good luck.

It's a true 3.7v and I also bought the 5v model. You haven't lived until you try some of your favorite (light colored) juices at 5v.

Consider starting with a KR808D-1 model for hands-free on the job, i.e. Volt/Bloog/HaloCigs, etc. You can improve battery life with an XL PCC that will give you multiple charges before you have to find a wall socket.
You might like to complement that system with something bigger for home, i.e. Ego, Ego-T, Riva, E-Power, Echo. The Ego-T has a few issues with leaking, but you might like the way it vapes and the ease of filling the tanks, regardless. The Echo is also a nice system that holds a lot of juice, has a lot of battery life, and gives a warm vape with plenty of vapour.
If the poster above is suggesting a Boge Revolution, that is probably NOT a good place to start. If you don't mind fiddling with the system, it could still work for you, however.

What size battery are you using? The longer last longer. Contact V4L for a replacement. Good prophets have adapters for $1.00. I Like his 808 bottom coil carts. Can hook up any thread. Also, the new mega cartos hold double the juice. Are you filling your own? Now if you have a dollar store nearby, get a auto pencil that has the pocket nerd clip, hands free. There are also places that sell lanards (SP) hands free. The 1300 mah batteries will stay charged all day, even if you work overtme. Takes 10 hours to charge my Echo.
