My favorite vape is with my Mech mod using a IGO L. I have a 1 ohm coil with cotton wick in it and for me the vapor is perfect. Semi tight draw, warm, moist with phenomenal flavor! Spoiled me!
I would love to get a rebuild able tank with similar attributes. I mistakenly bought a Tohb dripper that try as I may is just too dry, cool and airy. I don't want to make the same kind of mistake. Need it tight, warm, wet and delish.

Kayfun will be tight but not warm or wet. A RSST genny with stock airhole, wicked as an auto dripper (with cotton) will give you that vape. Also consider a REO with an RM2 if that is in your price range.

I actually ordered a Kracken from FT that I'm still waiting on of course. It's a Genesis styled RBA. Do you think that will give a warm, wet vape as well?

I can only speak for the 3 that I've used from FT (I have a Cracken but haven't built a coil in her yet). My Fogger V4 Does produce great flavor and vapor, its a tiny bit tight and warmth just depends on your coils. My Taifun GT has a tight draw (I had to drill mine out and remove the center post with the sleve, but thats because I like more airflow than it produced). Good Flavor and not as much vapor as the Fogger V4 with the same coils. Now, I also have the 28mm Kayfun Lite clone from FT and it has a tight draw (I need to drill it out, again not my cup of tea) Vapor is on par with my Taifun GT as well as flavor. And once more, warmth all depends on your coil build. That's my :2c:

If you're looking for a dripper try the Magma or the 3D auto dripper. Both hold a decent amount of juice as far as drippers are concerned.

Well, thanks for the feedback. I've held off buying a Kayfun type because I hear the vape is not warm. I like the taste of most juices
around the wattage that a 1 ohm coil at 4 volts produces so I haven't really tried to build anything sub ohm (although I'll probably experiment more with my Tohb).
My Kracken passed through ICS LA today so I'll be playing with it soon. :)

The Kraken is a great genny. But it is built for dual coils. This means it will have an airhole on both sides of the atty. so you won't get the tight draw. The reason why I suggested the RSST is because the stock air hole is not too big and it's built for single coil (though there is a dual coil version out now, stick with the single coil version).

The other thing is, at a 1ohm coil, a mech mod will give you a warm vape for only a short period if time. As the battery wears down to less than 3.8 volts, you'll still get good flavor for a bit, but the vape will cool down pretty fast. If you prefer a warm vape, a coil in the 0.8 ohm range will satisfy you longer.

I also suggested auto dripper mode as opposed to ss mesh because the cotton auto dripper mode will give you that wet vape you're looking for. If you use ss mesh, you'll get a clean, crisp vape. But not the wet vape you're looking for, like the one you'd get out of a saturated wick from a dripper.

I have not tired to make a coil that produces warm vapor. I have 24 gauge Kanthal and I could. I've only made one warm coil before abd haven't since. But I tell you what, I'll give it a shot tonight and give feedback.

Cool! I'll look forward to reading your results.

I was checking out the RSST on FT since you wrote this. (I like to read the reviews, discussions and great pics they have) They have the original SmokTech RSST for just under 30$. The Kraken is half that price. Also their Kraken clone has 3 trangular holes so you can fully adjust airflow wether you use dual coils or single. Can't wait to play with it. I allready have an oxidized piece of mesh rolled up nice and tight. Will be my first stainless experience.
I def want an RSST someday though. I like that spring positive post and the insulated wick hole. The only minor negatives peolple have is it gets hot when chain vaping. Sounds like a plus to me. :)
Thanks again ya'll!
